Glasses lens

Hiii, could someone plese teach me the technic used on this photos ? I tried so hard to found a way to change the lens like this but failed, i tried to find on youtube and google but cant find anything, its kind of a gradient + blur, i dont know, anyone could please help ?  thank you so much ❤️
