Glitch when selecting drawings with onion skin activated while animating

Hi, In Photoshop 25.6.0 i have some artifacts when I select my drawing with onion skin on while animating, but when I turn it off, the artifacts disappear. I recently erased some files from the 'temp' folder in my system. But none of them was from Creative Cloud or Photoshop. How can I fix this?

Yes, I restarted it when changing the Graphics Processor setting, and when deactivating the Technology Previews setting as well. And I tried the Technology Previews option with and without the Graphics Processor activated.

I get artefacts when transfrming with Onion Skin, but they disappear on confirming.

What have you done for all-purpose trouble-shooting so far?
Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:

Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?
Does turning on »Deactivate Native Canvas« (Photoshop > Preferences > Technology Previews) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?

Just to make sure: Did you restart Photoshop after changing the settings?
