This is a GPU issue.

Please post Help > System Info (all of it) so we can see your GPU configuration.

Also, I reverted back to an older version of Photoshop (23.5.5) thinking that this glitch is happening because of the latest updates. Sadly, the problem still occurs even on the old versions, but it is less occuring, making things a little more manageable, but still frustrating 😞
