GPU Enabled - Layers load, photo doesn't display

Hi Guys,

I hope this hasn't been asked a million times already.

As the subject says, when I turn the GPU acceleration on and open a photo, the layers open; however, nothing displays in the picture area.

Computer is an PC - I5 with a Radeon R9 390 Series (8gb video card)

There are no other video cards in the computer which has drivers installed.

I have tried resetting references, changing the cache mode, updating drivers, down grading drivers etc.

Thanks everyone for your help.

I have managed to get it working now. With a little more looking, I fixed it with the following;

Edit, Preferenced, 3D.

I changed the total VRAM which was available from a full 8gb total back to 6gb and it now displays the image.

Can you post your full Photoshop system info, an I5 processor normally will have an on board GPU as well which could be causing a conflict, have a look here

Nothing wrong with your system info, although the Drawing Mode is set to Basic, have you tried setting it to Advanced

Driver date is showing glgpu[0].GLDriverDate="20180516, there's a new driver available here
