Gradient fill cause some strange block when flattened

Hi, I need to cut the image I'm working on into several pieces for large scale print. When I flatten the image so I can cut it, one layer with gradient fill seems to create a bug with other layers. Have anyone experienced this? I'm working on 300 dpi and when I tried 150 dpi this didn't happen. But I need to send it in 300..

Hi, 300 dpi has a good color depth that is why you experience this you can use blending layers option for best results....regards
