Gradient moves away from the place I put it when I save or toggle visibility of layers.

Any idea why my gradient moves around when I save or export or even when I toggle on/off a layer though there is no clipping mask?

This is what I save and try to export...
I toggled off most layers to avoid disclosure. Sorry but this is clients work. 

And this is what I get after PS finishes the export...
