ever since i updated photoshop to the v 24.3 on windows 11, whenever i plug in my graphic tablet (Huion) i can work on photshop just fine (change tools, change colors, brush, add new layer....) but when i try to actually draw on a layer it doesnt work. i've tried everything and yet still nothing.

i also tried the graphic tablet on other adobe applications and it works just fine so i know the tablet isn't the problem.

what should i do?

Hello!
First thing to check, is to get the latest drivers. Assisting people with tablets manufactured  by Huion, XpPen etc (I have a Xppen myself) I learned that you need to check fo updated OFTEN (Sometimes multiple times a month)
Second one would be to open your graphic tablet app, and check if the Windows Ink is enabled ON ALL THE APP PRESETS (see my screenshot, it should be similar for the Huion)

See I got 3 app presets and the tick should be on on each one.

Sometimes when you update it wipes out the windows ink option, so you need to put it back. I suggest checking your manual to save the configuration somewhere (particularly if you've set up your Xpress keys like me) so you don't have to re-enter everything again each time you update.

Hi @Angela29023305w8os have you checked for driver updates for the tablet?
