Graphics card?

I have had a lot of issues with Photoshop CC V20.0.5

At first, it was continually crashing due to the “scratch disk full” error. I got an external hooked up and cleared 112GB of space. 

Now it’s crashing and I can’t figure out why. I’ve performed disk cleanup, disk defrag, restarted and I’ve looked but it is not yet posting the latest crash in my reliability history. 

I’m wondering if perhaps it’s my graphics card? I have an AMD Radeon HD 6320

I have looked at the list of supported cards and though this is not specifically listed, it says that AMD Radeon HD 6000 series cards are. 

Any suggestions? I’ve been struggling to open photoshop all week to edit a wedding and with several portrait sessions coming up, I’d like to be able to run my editing program (though I primarily use Lightroom) 😕😕
