Question

Graphics Processor Incompatible (Photoshop)

Hello,

I would be grateful for any help.  I can see that other people have posted with regard to this subject.  However, I am not entirely sure what I should do even after having read the other posts.  First, my NVIDIA card is apparently up to date (or maybe not updateable any further?).

From the information on the screenshot I wondered if anyone might be able to help me get rid of this 'problem'.

Thanks in advance!!

    Hi

Photoshop requires a GPU with a minimum of 1.5GB of VRAM and DirectX 12 support, your GPU only has 512MB of VRAM and only supports DirectX 11

The only way to get rid of the problem is to upgrade your GPU

    Hi there,

According to the following document: https://images.nvidia.com/aem-dam/en-zz/Solutions/design-visualization/quadro-product-literature/NV-DS-NVS-310-May12-US-NV.pdf the Nivida NVS 310 have only 512MB VRAM which isn't sufficient to run Photoshop properly. You need a minimum of 1.5 GB Or 4 GB recommended VRAM graphics card to run Photoshop.

You should upgrade the installed Graphics processor. Hope it helps.

    Thanks,
