Greyed Command In Photoshop CC 2019 after transfering picture from Lightroom CC 2019

Recently with the latest upgrade of Photoshop CC 2019 and Lightroom CC 2019, I observed that every time I transfered a picture from Lightroom CC 2019 to Photoshop CC 2019, using the command in Lightroom CC 2019 (Photo - Edit In - Edit In Adobe Photoshop CC 2019) many command in Photoshop CC 2019 were not available to allowed edition.  I was trying to used Free Transform in Photoshop CC 2019, but all commands were greyed.

To resolved this, I must opened Photoshop CC 2019 separatly (not through Lightroom CC 2019).  Once Photoshop CC 2019 has been opened, then, you will be able to used the command in Lightroom CC 2019 (Photo - Edit In - Edit In Adobe Photoshop CC 2019) to continu your edition in Photoshop CC 2019.  All the command will be available.

This was working before the upgrade.  So, I suspected it must be a bug in the new version.

Hi

Thanks for mentioning the workaround… it worked for me. This bug was making me crazy and I was since then using an older version of Photoshop.

However this is still a workaround and not a fix. Adobe must fix this bug they introduced with the last update.
