Question

Grid On Crop/Rotation Tool Too Tight

Hi. I have seen this posted two times before but Adobe isn't providing a fix or solution. Perhaps someone else has figured it out?

I am having a problem with the crop tool. When I use it to crop and rotate an image it creates a VERY intense grid on the image (see below). The grid is so intense I can't really see the image. This is new with one of the updates. I have gone through the crop tool settings but can't seem to get rid of this tight grid. Any suggestions?

Thank you.

I too have this issue & would love an answer. It's horrible. It only seems to do it on the 2020 version. Unfortunately I accidentally uninstalled the 2019 version & now can't get it back it seems!?!

I've tried using the "Adobe Help" chat & have had zero help there, never seem to get an agent.

Have also sepnt hours searching here & the internet for an answer but have found nothing to help.

The only thing that gets rid of it is to check "never show overlay" in the little grid check box. But then you loose your "rule of thirds grid" too.

Surely someone out there knows how to fix this?

While I'm here scurbby zoom doesn't work on the 2020 version for me either? Any help with this would be great too. Again have tried everything that's on the forums & internet to fix this issue as well, but to no availe.
