Hi.

I'm using Photoshop 2021 and 2022, and I'm having the same problem in both of them. I use a Wacom Intous Pro and after a while when I'm using the hand tool to move around the tool just stops working, and the other tools too, I can select the tool but it doesn't do anything, Photoshop just shows the Windows cursor but not the tools I select, I can't even zoom in or zoom out.

What is being attempted with these tools?

Go to Preferences > Tools... and uncheck "Enable Flick Panning" off. Restart. Does the problem go away?

Try resetting the tools and/or preferences. You can restore preferences quickly by using a keyboard shortcut:
Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Windows) or Option+Command+Shift (Mac OS) as you start Photoshop.

You prompted to delete the current settings. The new preferences files will be created next time you start Photoshop.
