Hand tool getting stuck

Hey guys, I've been having an issue for a while now, very frustrating as the only fix is restarting the computer. When using photoshop for a while, often while using final cut pro, photoshop gets randomly stuck on the hand tool. I can't get out of it, even after restarting the app, it's like something is magically pushing the spacebar in the background. I've tried reinstalling photoshop, installing older versions, the adobe technicians tried a few things too, I disconnected my keyboard and loopedeck +, desinstalled the loopedeck and logitech app... I just can't fix this, If someone's found the issue this would help me big time as it's having a big impact on my productivity. I'm running a 16gb M1 mac mini!

Cheers guys!

If the suggestion by Sahil.Chawla  doesn't work, try resetting the tools and/or preferences.
To restore preferences quickly using a keyboard shortcut:

Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Windows) or Option+Command+Shift (Mac OS) as you start Photoshop. You are prompted to delete the current settings. The new preferences files are created the next time you start Photoshop.
Note: Using the keyboard shortcut, preference files for custom shortcuts, workspaces, and color settings will also be reset to default.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about this. Could you please try updating Photoshop to version 22.5.1 through the Creative Cloud Desktop app and let us know if it helps?

You may also try try deselecting "Use Graphics Processor" located in Photoshop's Preferences > Performance, then relaunch Photoshop and let us know if it helps.

Sahil
