Have to delete Ps prefences at every startup

Hi I have to delete preferences everytime I start up otherwise Ps act very weird. If I don't delete prefs, everytime my wacom pen gets 1cm near my wacom tablet it jumbs out to the side, jumps out of Ps and ends on my desktop instead. Very frustrating. I'm on Ps CS6 version 13.0.1, Win 10 , and Wacom Intous. Everything is updated to the newest versions.

Any Idea ?

Well, not Photoshop. CS6 is ancient and outdated and it may be incompatible with both Windows 10 and current Wacom drivers.

If you need to reset preferences on every launch something's seriously wrong.
