Hello,

My Photoshop CS6 is not working on Mac OS Catalina. Can some one please help me? I have removed the PhotoShop software from my Mac OS Catalina. I need to install the CS6 Photoshop and should work as licensed copy.

History of my Purchase:

I had bought PhotoShop CS6 on: 7/7/12 for Windows platform from the online adobe site. (I can share order confirmation if you want).

After few years, i transferred from Windows to MAC, so i contacted the Adobe support and got the license changed from Windows to Mac on February 16, 2016 and the new serial number issued to me.

I need to install the CS6 Photoshop and should work as licensed copy on my macbook. Please assist me.

Regards,

Imran

Hi

In addition to what has been said, do not reply to scammers with non-Adobe email addresses who may PM you. There is a Report button you can use if you get a private message from a scammer.

You didn’t check for compatibility with your 7 year old software. But we can tell you, Apple blocked all old apps. You must buy new (or rather subscribe). This is all part of the Joy of Mac- no boring old apps, Apple help you keep it new.

Hi

CS6 is not compatible with Catalina, your either need to downgrade your OS or purchase a subscription to the Creative Cloud
