Having problems with merging a project.

When I try to load layers in a stack to make a gif, about halfway through the loading a message pops up. "Load Layers can not merge Smart Object documents. They will be skipped." Then only 5 out of the 28 pics load. Help please.

right click on you smart object layers and rasterize them. Look for the icon cirlced in red for smart object layers

Additional tip: Make duplicates of your Smart Object documents before you rasterize so that you have the full edibility of the originals if needed later.
