help changing the size of the pages between pages

the object is changing size between pages, I want a layer in the same layer to be in the other layer, but it is either smaller or larger

    Maybe check your resolution? Your copied elements have same resolution as your destination file

    No, the problem is that I'm drawing a square on the layer, but when I copy the same frame on the other page, the size of the frame changes and the same dimensions don't change.

    You cant make layers different size.

    Photoshop it's not the best solution to prepare same kinds of document.

    If you need you can try to use One large document. Use some guides to divide your work area to destinations sizes and prepare your design. Be sure you include Bleeds to outside areas of your pages.

    It would be much easier to made it in InDesign
