HELP! Complete UI Crash

I just noticed this behavior particularly when trying to switch between palette tabs in the last couple of days and it forces me to quit and restart the program to resolve this behavior. I am not sure what is triggering it. I am running the latest build. I have attached the screen capture of the behavior below:
