HELP - GIF TO MP4 ISSUE

I have a GIF file for a client, who wants to post it on INSTAGRAM and it only allows MP4.

When I try to convert it to mp4 it reduces the seconds to 3seconds but it is really over 6 seconds.

Instagram wont post anything under 4 seconds, how can I solve this situation?

I did it from a few different online platforms

I also did it true file/export/render video but everything makes it shorter.

ANy idea how to solve this problem?

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Cheers,

Tx

    Hi
Your second screenshot has the answer.

    The GIF has 16 frames, each at 0.2 seconds per frame.  16 x 0.2 = 3.2 seconds.

If you need it longer then either add frames or increase the time per frame.

    Some questions for you:

What version of Photoshop are you using?

When you open the gif - how many frames are there and what is the lengh of each frame.

What are the render settings when you go to Render as an mp4. Please show a screenshot rather than describing each setting.
