Help! I have the Gray Flicker

Can anyone let me know why this is happening?  I'm running Photoshop 2021 on a 2019 Macbook pro (brand new - purchased in July) with  2.3 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9 processor & 32 gb of ram.

The graphic stats are 

AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 8 GB

Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB

The Graphic's processor is off. 

Photoshop? Graphic's card issues? Someone point me in a direction please. I've been researching all day with no leads.
