Hey, i got a whatsapp picture of my friend and he needs to see the chat so how do i remove the lines that other guy has edited to hide the text. Is there a way?

In a flat pixel inage there are no »pixels behind the pixels« – for example in a photograph if a person is standing behind a non-transparent wall (relative to the camera) there is no way to remove the wall that would reveal the person. 

The same applies if someone digitally added a flat, opaque area of pixels over previously discernable content. 

 

In some formats (like pdf or eps) or layered pixel images (as is possible in formats like psd, tif or psb) it may be possible to reveal content that is not immediately visible, but I doubt that’s the case here.
