Help! Newly updated Photoshop won't open.

Hi all, any idea why my newly updated Photoshop won't open? I can see the dashboard, but the copyright screen (with flamingos) is overtop the dashboard and won't go away, as well as a "LoadLibrary error 87: The parameter is incorrect" notice.

Hi there,

This is not a typical experience with Photoshop as you're getting an error 87 (LoadLibrary failed) while launching the app.

Which version of Photoshop are you using and what is your operating system?
