Im trying to add a photo in the app but im only looking a white box but no the photo, i need to press something else after add the photo?

start by updating your system's graphics driver and check the relevant hardware acceleration settings in the preferences. These white-outs are a typical sign of inadequate hardware acceleration eitehr due to inadequate hardware or botched configurations.
