Help - Pixel Art

I'm not sure if it's possible, but I'm making pixel art but on a bit of a larger scale. I need the pencil to snap inside grid lines that are 4 pixels apart. It's currently drawing inbetween these grid lines since it's trying on every pixel, but is there a way to make it only draw every 4px x 4px square?
