Help! Plugin for Flicker Banding?

Please help!

Brought a new camera and didn't realize I was getting horizontal banding

That's an example of the worst of it.

I see a lot of programs that remove banding in video... can any be used with Photoshop to remove banding in stills?

Thanks!

Another thing you might want to consider is shooting a reference image of a sheet of paper under the same lighting and shutter speed. This will give you something that you can make a selection from to adjust other images.

Did you use LED lighting? If so have you seen below thread?

Hi

Try frequency separation (as per the other linked post)

Make two copies of the image layer.

Name the lower "Low Frequency"

Name the upper "High Frequency"

Select the low frequency and apply a  gaussian blur of around 6px

Select the high frequency layer and goto menu Image - Apply Image
Set the layer to use as "Low Frequency"
Set Blending mode to subtract
Scale 2

Offset 128

Click OK

Set High Frequency layer blending mode to Linear Light

Now, on the low frequency layer, paint with a soft, low opacity brush, over the banding using colour from other parts of the image
