Help PS is crashing during Safe-Process on external SSD

Hi Community, since i upgraded to 2020, i have always problems while saving my file to my external SSD. Its starts saving, and the progress-bar stops by "o % saving"... from this point i can not stop the save-process and i have to quit PS via Taskmanager. After this, my PS-file is broken and can't open anymore...

I am working on Mac Catalina and everyting is updated. I know the problem is the external SSD, but its not an SSD issue, i tryed it with different SSDs. If i save files local, i have no problems.

Any tipps?
