Help with install or contact details to speak to Adobe!!

I have just downloaded photoshop CS6 onto my new laptop, it worked fine on my old laptop. The new one has accepted the license key and installs to almost completion and then flags up an error message saying it couldn't complete installation. It gives you a link for help that doesn't go anywhere. Does anyone know how to solve this or is able to give me some contact details for Adobe as their contact page takes me circles and doesn't give me any way of making contact!!! Thanks!
