Help with New Photoshop/Lightroom Plan

Updated to macOS Catalina with PS CS6 and you know the rest... a month later and tons of investigating the competition, I gave in and am paying the $9.99 a month for PS and LR. I almost went with Affinity but changed my mind after talking to a few people I respect. And I use Bridge, not LR. Rather than learning both LR and the new version of PS, is it possible to delete the LR or do I just leave it on my computer and not use it? Ironically, Bridge still works on my computer right now. But without PS, it's not real helpful to do anything but search, delete, and move.

I'm looking for the fastest way possible to get up and running again. I'm so behind. I have tons to do. Any suggestions on tutorials, etc., would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.

I never installed Lightroon its not a requirement with your subscription to install both LR and PS.  You can un-install LR if your installed. I do not know how gooh Adobe LR un-installer is.  I never un-install Photoshop using Adobe un-installer. They mess up the registry if you have a newer version of photoshop installed.  I delete Photoshop  manually and remove the registry un-installer keys.

Yes, you can uninstall Lightroom.

Here are the instructions:

Uninstall or remove Creative Cloud apps

https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

The sample image shows the uninstall option for Photoshop, but it's the same for Lightroom.

You should have a manager where you choose which apps to install, uninstall or update. Only those you subscribe to should be visible in the manager. (This I am guessing on as I have not tried a lower tier plan).
Bridge will also be available as an update.
