I am considering taking on a volunteer project wherein a young adult with Down Syndrome establish an Adobe Photoshop labeling business for food jars, books, and special situations.  Can a user-friendly interface website integrate Adobe software allowing customization of labels?  Alternatively, if that is not possible, can this young man use Adobe software to create a menu of labels, yet have user functionality that therein customers can input their messages or words into label creation, including the choosing of font, color and size of labels?

Photoshop is a professional app with high learning curve. Are you set up to provide our outsource the necessary training? It’s a local app, installed on end user's computer, it cannot be used in a web site. All in all it may not be the right software for your task.
