High consumption of RAM memory

Since I opened a support here to fix a problem with the "dissolve" screen where I had to remove the settings from the prtogram and also after having uninstalled and reinstalled without the settings synchronization, my Photoshop started showing an absurd memory consumption RAM, where my computer has 32Gb, and if it stays open for 5 minutes it consumes 32GB and crashes my computer. I already mechi in the RAM settings and it is only 70% by default, but the program is not respecting this situation.
PS: It's not Chrome.
