Yes, this is normal. You just need to get used to the fact that Photoshop is extremely I/O-intensive, requiring large amounts of memory and disk space.

Hi @Joyce34458534iyvy, that is the normal range for me. Here is my Photoshop memory usage with no documents open. (Windows 10; 25.3.1 Release). Are you experiencing any particular issues?
