High sensitivity of the mouse wheel in Photoshop mac os

Question

How to adjust mouse wheel zoom sensitivity in Photoshop on macos? In 3 scrolls, the image is enlarged by 400%.

Are you using a thrid party mouse, or just the trackpad, or Apple Mouse?
