High Sierra and CC18, Drag file on icon won't open the file in PS

Hi,

I recently upgraded to High sierra and CC18.

Since then, I can't open even basic jpg files with drag an drop on PS icon. Drag and drop on from finder to art board will give me error box: "Could not place the document because the disk is not available".

I can still open the files with open command, so I can work with PS, but not that efficiently.

Any Ideas or suggestions? I already tried to reset PS Setting files with cmd+alt+shift on startup.
