Histogram circle with a diagonal slash through it

I must have done something because the histogram is not showing correctly in the upper right corner.  I've totally un and reinstalled photoshop, but it comes back.  How can I get everything back to default?

Hi i think as your image properties show its 32 bit image with rgb try to reduce to 16 or 8 bit i think this is prolem....regards
