Holding shift doesn't constrain straight movement of anchor points when using Transform/Warp

Holding shift doesn't constrain parallel or perpendicular movement when moving the anchor points inside Transform/Warp mode. I also can't select multiple anchor points at once (click and drag to select multiple anchor points not working, and Shift+clicking on each anchor point to select more than one causes Photoshop to crash each time)
