Hover Not Working in Object Selection Tool Photoshop 23.1

Is there something I can try to get the hover selection to show up when using the OST. I can select what I need with an Option Click, but the hover aspect isn't showing up at all. Thank you.

It looks like the sort of feature that would use the GPU. Check you Preferences > Performance settings. If Use Graphic Processor is turned off and you are able to turn it back on, you'll need to restart Photoshop for it to take effect.

Thanks Trevor, Graphics Processor was turned off due to a previous bug, but unfortunately after turning it back on as you have shown and restarting, it still doesn't show anything.

In the options bar at the top make sure object finder is checked and you are using rectangle and not lasso.

Thank you Melissa, the object finder is checked and I am using the rectangle. Nothing shows up when I move the cursor across the image except for the cursor.
