How can I add arrows and highlight boxes on images?

Hello guys, I use this app called Photopea (similar to Adobe PS) and I wanted to know how I could add arrows and highlight boxes on images?

Do you work with Photoshop or not?

If not please ask on a Forum dedicated to the program you are actually using.

In Photoshop Shape Layers would seem the preferable option to me.
