How can I apply .dng presets to photos in Photoshop?

How can I apply .dng presets to photos in Photoshop? I open an image to edit in Photoshop, go to Camera Raw filter and select import presets and filters option. But it doesnt let me import .dng presets

I searched a lot but cant find a solution

Presets for processing raw files don't apply when processing RGB files in Photoshop.

In the same way, ACR raw processing is very different from using the ACR filter for RGB processing in Photoshop.

The ACR filter in Photoshop is a very limited subset of the full ACR raw processor plugin. They are not the same thing at all.
