How can I enable Graphics Processor?

I'm using AMD FirePro V3900 (FireGL V) Graphics Adapter 
I'm using windows 10,  Please help me to solve this issue.

Hi

You haven't mentioned what version of Photoshop you're using but Photoshop version 22.xx requires a GPU with a minimum of 2GB of VRAM, your GPU only has 1GB and was released in 2012

Hi,
Thank you for your kind feedback.
I'm using photoshop version 22.5. Accourding your feedback I need to change GPU which have 2GB RAM Am I Right?

Yes, you need to upgrade, but I would go for the recommended 4GB or above of VRAM and make sure you get a recent GPU that supports DirectX 12
