HOW CAN I GET HOLD OF ADOBE (by the neck!)

I need to speak with Adobe. I bought photoshop, for 1 year, 3 months ago - downloaded and was using fine. Now it has stopped working/loading; asks for a fresh monthly or annual payment and then closes.

 

I have the reciept of purchase. How do I find these people to get my money back?

The Creative Cloud software verifies the account status on Adobe servers once a day. If the account is in good standing (that is, payment is up-to-date) when the last verification happens, the software status refreshes to run for at least 99 days offline.

Try a reboot of the Mac and go into Creative Cloud again and see it it connects to Adobe.
