How can I get rid of the second title page on 24.1.0 ?

This page (attached) pops up after I close an image I've just adjusted on Photoshop 24.1.0 on my Macbook OS 12.5.1  It wasn't on my last version of Photoshop--is there a way to remove it? I can't find anything in the preferences.

Did you uncheck Photoshop > Preferences > General > Auto Show the Homescreen?
