How can I install an older version of Photoshop such as 2018 or 2019?

There are older versions available in creative cloud, but only back to around version 22.2. How do I install older versions than that?

@os_0816 you can try contacting Adobe customer care to see if they'll provide you with a download link, although I think version 2020 is the oldest version that they'll provide, if at all.
