How can i install Photoshop CC 32-bit

I have Photoshop CC 64 bit installed, but also want the 32 bit version installed because I have older plug-ins that will not work with the 64 bit version.Is there a way to do that? How do I download 32 bit version?

There are some older Photoshot CC version prior to version 2019 that have 32 Bit Windows installers. If you Install them I think that the Creative Cloud Desktop Application will Activated them. The Creative Cloud Desktop will not install version older than CC 2019. Adobe cc 2018 direct downloads

I got an anwer from the Adobe-support... They told be to get in contact with them first. I will wait until i get an answer from them
