how can I merge these photos - I made an error and one photo is blurry

Drop one photo on top of the original on a second layer. Then unlock the first layer.

Select both layers and go to Edit>Auto Align Layers first - this will try to align the images based on comparing pixel data.

From there you can mask out the top layer image and edit in the arms, etc that you want to replace.

You can sharpen the blurry one. Not sure where else the mistake is so hard to tell. Can you elaborate a bit more? Thank you.

Sorry just saw your second note. You can place the photo of the arms you may need to move each one individually. The blend the sections being replacement and erase what is not needed.

I would like to add in the arms of both of the girls on the left and the right as the photo was taken too cropped in! I wont make that mistake agian! The issue with the bottom photo is that is is blurry!
