how can I off shortcut alt as eyedropper tool

hello! i need to switch off eyedropper tool when i press "Option" on mac because i can't make this combination: "hold down ALT + Right click + Drag Horizontally" to make brush size contour (a) and actual size (b) are the same

The shortcut is like this:

 

Ctrl + Opt +left click hold and drag left/right to change brush size

 

Ctrl + Opt +left click hold and drag up/down to change brush hardness

 

If in Photoshop>Settings/Preferences>Tools, one unchecks

Vary Round Brush Hardness based on HUD vertical movement, then

Ctrl + Opt +left click hold and drag up/down changes the Opacity of the brush
