how can I transfer my Illustrator, Photoshop saved workspaces to a new PC?

Just purchased a Surface Pro 8 and am having difficulties setting up workspaces and preferences from scratch

Did you sync your settings to Creative Cloud from your old device first?

If yes, you can usually import the synced settings to your new device from the Cloud.

Failing that, I just use Windows File Explorer to copy app settings from old device to the same location on my new device.

For example, C:\Users\[name]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC [ver]\Adobe Photoshop CC [ver] Settings\
