how do I activate paint symmetry in photoshop 2020?

Hi, I just recently switched to photoshop 2020 from the 2018 version. when I was editing previously, I had this feature enabled; currently im having a hard time figuring out how to get that back, as it was one of my most used/helpful tools. can anyone help? or am I just stupid and didnt realize that the feature was only present in the 2018 and the 2019 versions
