How do I copy/paste a table from word into photoshop without it being blurry?

I've created about 31 different tables in Microsoft Word for a booklet that I am creating in photoshop.

Everything that I needed to do in photoshop for the pages is done and all I need to do is copy/paste all of these Microsoft Word tables onto the appropriate pages of the booklet in photoshop.

However, every time that I copy/paste the tables into photoshop and scale them down to the appropriate size, the tables (which turn into "vector smart objects") are extremely blurry and pixelated to the point where you can't even read what the text within the tables say.

Since I have so many tables already created in MS Word, I'm really hoping that I don't have to re-do all 31 somehow in photoshop so that they won't be blurry. IS there a way to copy/paste tables into photoshop from MS Word so that they maintain their clarity?

Help! How do I do this?

Thank you so much in advance to everyone who answers.

Sincerely,

- Aly

Correct answer Silkrooster

Instead of copy/paste, save your table as a pdf in word. Then Photoshop can import a higher quality image of your table.
