How do I create an action using crop tool to then batch process?

Hi

I need to resize 1000's of images and I want to use the crop tool to crop out part of the top and bottom of the image as part of an action and then batch process. I have tried everything without any success & I can't find and Australian number for a support centre.

If we can't batch process, this is going to be an enormous job. I would greatly appreciate it if anyone is able to assist me.

Have a look at File > Scripts > Image Processor

Are the input image dimensions consistent? Is the output crop consistent?

It's realyl not clear what you are having issues with. You need to explain what you actually have tried and how your actions are structured. Just saying iot doesn't work like you expect it to is not helpful.
