There are a million ways to create something of this nature.

Here are several Special Effects Tutorials for text.

Theoretically you can combinte some of these concepts to come up with something unique.

The other option is modeling and rendering text in 3D. Of course then you need the right software.

But there are hundreds of tutorials online!

hi its not basic work you need to know all tools about photoshop like blending options and pen tool and mask....then its easy
